Brewing Instructions for a Strong Extraction

    • For Loose-Leaf: Use about 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 ounces (1 cup) of water.

(I personally steep 30 minutes or more for a deep extraction)

Cold Brew Option

    • Use the same ratio: about 1 teaspoon of loose tea or one tea bag per 8 ounces of water. For larger batches, adjust accordingly.

  2. Refrigerate & Steep

    • Place the tea and 4 cups of cold, filtered water in a jar or pitcher.
